Frame Craft Studio began on a kitchen table in Birmingham — one frame, one verse, and a single belief: that the words we live by deserve to be felt every day, not just read on Fridays.
What started as a labour of love for our own family home became a workshop full of warm wood, hand-cut canvases, and verses prepared with care. Every piece that leaves our doors is one we’d be proud to hang in our own.
Today we ship across the UK, but our heart — and our hands — remain firmly in Birmingham.
We work with solid hardwoods — walnut, oak, and ash — sourced from sustainable mills. Each frame is mitred, glued, sanded, and hand-finished in our studio.
Calligraphy is printed on archival cotton-blend canvas using pigment inks that resist fading. Glazing is UV-protective. Mounts are acid-free. The result is a piece you can pass down, not throw away.
We don’t mass-produce. We make in small runs, often on order, so every customer gets a frame finished with full attention.
